One of Shanghai?s most successful festivals to date, the JUE Festival, is officially on for 2011 said Split Works in a late Friday evening announcement.
JUE 2011 will take place over a three-week period from March 12-April 3 in Beijing and Shanghai, offering a mix of ?eclectic artsy dopeness,? says the release.
