Wong Tai Sin Temple: Taoism goes electronic

The Tai Sui Yuen Chen worshipping hall at Wong Tai Sin Temple opened to the public on January 11. Construction on the hall began in 2008 and cost over HK$100 million.But they'll break even in no time. Sik Sik Yuen, the Taoist organization that runs the temple charges each visitor a HK$100 entrance fee, considered a high price for a place of worship. Another HK$300 is needed if you want to make a wish to a deity in the Taoist traditional manner.Well, not entirely traditional.
