Liger cubs born in China ? and raised by a dog

These liger cubs born in Shandong, China on May 13 should grow up to weigh about 450 kilograms each, according to National Geographic.

The crux of this story is based on a fact many people think is only the end to a joke: ligers, a cross between a male lion and a female tiger, really do exist -- and the world just got more of them.
